Home-Based Internship

Home-based Interns are from all over the world!

Home-based interns are connected through the phone, the web, Positive Media’s Summer Convention (when applicable) and…. a desire to make a difference through media!

Here are some ways that interns will benefit from this internship:

Professionally: through the work experience and participation in qualifying activities.

Academically: earn school credit (if applicable)

Socially: with staff, through work, networking internet groups, conference calls with producers and celebrity guest (if applicable), in person, at our summer conference (if applicable)

Spiritually: United in prayer, through monthly quotes, messages or talks from spiritual leaders

As an individual: knowing that you are contributing to positive change that can affect the lives of millions

Home-based interns can qualify to:

• Attend special conference calls and Q&A’s with Positive Media producers, celebrities, business and media professionals, public figures, etc.
• Receive our monthly Insider’s Scoop on what’s happening in Hollywood and with our interns across the country
• Obtain autographed or celebrity paraphernalia
• Obtain tickets to pre-screenings of movies in your area
• Join our Facebook groups
• Attend special celeb events or premieres throughout the year
• Receive a Letter of Recommendation from Positive Media Resource

The work of home-based interns varies depending on the projects that we are supporting at the time, but will generally consist of:

• Providing feedback and giving your opinion on soon to be released trailers, posters and DVD cuts of films and other media related projects
• Writing for our publications, press releases, etc.
• Data-basing / gathering e-mails
• Video editing
• Promoting Positive Media locally or via web depending on new film releases
